Complete the SPVS Salary Survey and claim 3 months free SPVS membership
It is SPVS salaries survey time again and this year we are gathering information from a wide range of practice employees including Nurses, Receptionists, Practice Managers as well as employed Veterinary Surgeons. The more responses we get the more you will get back from this survey and this year we are offering 3 months free membership to non-member vets who complete the survey. This will be full membership, including access to the results of this and other Salary and Fees Surveys and access to the online discussion list (subject to its rules).
To claim your free membership, simply complete the survey either online at www.questform.co.uk (Login as: Salary 2012 Password: salary) and follow the link at the end of the survey to claim your free membership. If you wish to complete a hard copy of the survey please click here to download. Please return this to the SPVS office with your completed application form and direct debit mandate (click here).
Should you choose not to continue your membership at the end of the 3 month trial period you must inform the SPVS office two weeks before the end of the trial period.
Terms and Conditions
- Offer only applies to vets who are non SPVS members who complete a salary survey questionnaire.
- Offer only valid if application form is accompanied by a completed direct debit mandate for SPVS membership.
- No money will be taken from your account until the end of the 3 month trial period.
- If you do not inform the SPVS office two weeks before the end of the trial period that you do not wish to continue your membership we will assume that you wish to remain an SPVS member and collect the according 9 months membership fee from your account.
