Beaconplus have more than ten years’ experience providing services to the veterinary sector.  They will always tailor their services to the needs of each of their clients, but the scope of their work will typically include all aspects of telecommunications and utilities, including:

• Reviewing in detail all existing arrangements with a view to improving efficiency and reducing overall costs
• Serving timely notice on existing contracts to avoid these rolling over
• Tendering/negotiating new supply contracts as and when appropriate (this would include monitoring market prices on a continuing basis)
• Transferring supplies, if appropriate, and addressing any transfer issues
•  Checking supplier invoices for payments
•  Resolving any issues
• Providing reasonable levels of project management to assist with any adhoc/oneoff activities.  Examples of these activities could include installing new energy supplies/meters, upgrading telephone systems/mobile phone handsets, installing new telephone lines, opening new/closing down/relocating sites, etc.

Beaconplus’ fee is performance based and is a share of the actual savings realised.  Please note that their fees will not be due until after the actual savings have been realised.
