Please include details of any special requirements relating to diet, mobility, hearing or sight. You can assume that vegetarians will be catered for.
This booking may only be cancelled in writing no later than 4 weeks before the seminar. A cancellation fee of £25 will be charged. If the booking is cancelled thereafter the full amount will be payable unless another delegate is found.
If SPVS cancel the event, then you will be eligible for a full refund or transfer of booking to a different event, whichever you prefer. However, please note, in the event of the following, refunds will not be provided.
a) In circumstances arising through or as a result of orders or restrictions imposed by the local authorities, the police, fire or ambulance service
b) Cancellation, Abandonment or Postponement directly or indirectly arising from any communicable disease which leads to:
i) The imposition of quarantine or restriction in movement of people or animals by any national or international body or agency;
ii) Any travel advisory or warning being issued by a national or international body or agency; And in respect of i) or ii) above any fear or threat thereof (whether actual or perceived)
c) Cancellation, Abandonment of Postponement directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from, or in any connection with any action taken in controlling, preventing, suppressing or in any way relating to:
i) Influenza A (HN51) (also known as ‘avian flu’ or ‘bird flu’)
ii) Any strain, virus, complex or syndrome that is related to influenza A (HN51); And in respect of i) or ii) above any fear or threat thereof (whether actual or perceived)
To claim your 30% discount, you must either be a vet who is a member of SPVS, VPMA or BVA. OR be a non-vet with a member of SPVS, VPMA or BVA in your practice.
Date collected here on behalf of SPVS and VPMA will not be passed on to any third party or used in any way apart from for these events. However, we would like to send you advance information about future VPMA or SPVS events.
